Found a Red E charge station. I had an issue initially , (my first time using their platform) I called customer service at 1 am and to my astonishment , I very pleasant rep walked me through everything and I was up and running in no time.

App does nothing that’s important to end users!
Please, please, please make the app able to store a credit card or use Apple Pay so we can just plug in and start charging. Having to punch in my credit card number every time in all kinds of weather and before the charger times out and I have to start over. Please make this better you are the closest charger to my home. The second there is another charger in town, I will be there using a functional app unless you get better.
