From Day 1, the ResLink App is your one-stop shop to view balances and pay all rent, fees, and utility bills conveniently and securely, if you live in a The Connor Group managed apartment. With ResLink you can pay by check, credit card, or debit card quickly and easily right from your phone.
We want to help you avoid disruption to your already busy lives. To help with that, we have included our auto-pay feature, which allows you to set how and when you would like to pay each month.
Need help fixing something in your apartment? Not a problem!
Using the ResLink App you’ll be able to submit and track service requests from work, home, or on-the-go.
Just download the App and create your account using the information provided by your leasing agent. We are excited to bring the same comfort you expect from your new home to how you interact with your property management team!

Awful Customer Experience
Doesn’t retain login session, so you have to login every time you want to use the application. It also alerts the user on each page change that push notifications are not setup if the user opted out of push notifications. It’s annoying alerting because of a user’s preference of app notifications.
Bad UI
The app auto scrolls when you select a field to enter info so you can’t see what you’re typing.
The service requests show up in a random order and when i entered a new one, the confirmation brought up one from a month ago instead. And when i search, the newest request doesn’t show up. If i do it again will it send two??
Poorly designed
For an app that is required to be used to submit work order requests at a “Luxury Apartment Building” I am unclear as to why it does not have the ability to upload pictures to work order requests. We are specifically asked to send pictures but then the app does not allow this function. Terrible!
