What you will learn
Stress program: Learn what triggers your stress, see how to manage it, and let mindfulness help you.
Anxiety program: Manage worry, reframe your thoughts, and relax your muscles.
Depression program: Manage your mood and thoughts and work through challenging situations.
Weight Management program: Manage your weight through healthy lifestyle habits. This program will allow you to keep track of what you eat and drink and integrates with Apple Health and Google Fit for physical activity tracking.
Nutrition program: Learn how to build healthy eating habits and maintain positive changes.
Physical Activity program: Get and stay motivated to work physical activity into your routine and reach your health goals.

Who built the program
UPMC Health Plan built and tested RxWell in collaboration with experts from UPMC. UPMC is one of the largest behavioral health care providers in the country and is affiliated with an academic medical center. The app programs are built upon over 10 years of digital interventions and an accredited health coaching program.

This app has been very helpful for me. I have learned new techniques to deal with my social anxiety. It’s great to be able to work on the app at my convenience. Setting goals helps me to push myself to try out what I am learning.

As New user- wish it would sync with my Fitbit!

I wear my Fitbit 24 hours a day and the tracking of heart rate, sleep, diet, steps, exercise is so valuable to what RXWell is trying to do. Iheart is not as accurate as my Fitbit so why even bother. Recording food is so much easier with my Fitbit. I wish my health coach could see exactly what I do without it becoming a job for me to enter it into another less detailed app. 😥 please update and allow sync with Fitbit

Sync with Fitbit

I like having the interactions with a case manager; however without the ability to share my results from my Fitbit it is not as effective as it could be. Nobody wants to log foods into multiple apps. I found the food log very incomplete without many options and it was not responding at times. I won’t add what I already have on another app.
