App Performance
The application always has an issue. I recently got a message that I need to log out and back in to place a order, but when I did try to log back in the log in button would be greyed out.
Ordering the food from the app is okay. But there is no way for one to track there points. Other than the question mark explaining how the system works there isn’t a user friendly option to view how far away you are from $X off next purchase. I always just guess when I can use it.
The bare minimum looks like it’s been done to make this app, and it’s silly how many bugs and issues happen.
They stop letting you order 30 mins before store close
But they don’t tell you that when you open the app or when you download it. They just surprise you at the end after you’re ready to check out. The app also needs a facelift. It’s very 2012.
Unable to order the online Tues $7 special!
When checking out to pay, the app displays message “Online Ordering is currently not available, please try again later” Fix this nonsense, horrible for business as you lose customers and revenue!
