Who is this for?

The most recent update (temporarily rolled back) is just awful. Slow to load, less useful, and loaded with features I’ll never use. It feels like it’s for stage performers and schools. I’m just trying to get my client’s info and see my calendar, and the app wants me to schedule classes. Digging through pages and unnecessary info when I’m busy makes me want a new scheduling app. There should be separate versions with different focuses or the ability to toggle “features” off.

Sure do appreciate your detailed feedback. Even when it's painful, it's valuable for us to understand what we can improve on—and what we might not be able to. For years, one of our top requests has been to bring the full functionality of the full website to the app. Thus, this new app.

We are working to make some of the most common workflows (like booking an appointment or accessing client details) more intuitive, so I do hope that helps when we release again in a couple weeks.

New Update is 👎🏽

In the most recent update, the app now resembles how it looks in a browser window, but worse. I’m only able to see 3 days of schedules at a time, or three team members at a time. And I’ve lost the ability to text a client from their schedulicity profile, which I did quite often. It really hinders a process that wasn’t really broke to begin with. The only positive is that now I’m able to see booking information that was previously not shown in the app, only in a browser

Frustrated with new update

Been using this app for 4 years and for the most part it’s been really functional. I am however not happy with the new update and the change in format. Changing and scheduling appoints is not nearly as fluid as it was before. I understand making changes but I don’t see why completely changing the format was necessary. Maybe I just need more time to get used to it, but it’s been a challenge so far
