SynthShred is a Musical Instrument with a multi-touch expressive performance surface.
SynthShred is musical instrument containing 139 sound presets including piano, guitars, ethnic instruments, chromatic percussions, strings, pipes, synth pads, reed instruments, brass, organs, ensemble, bass, synth leads and many more.
SynthShred comes with 29 guitar tuning presets including standard guitar, all fourths, drop tunings, open tunings, major minor tunings and many more.
SynthShred also contains 14 mostly used musical scales including Major, Minor, Harmonic Minor, Pentatonic and many more.
SynthShred provides the ability to change the root key for the the selected scale to be in the key every time. The diatonic surface option will remove the notes from the surface that are not part of the scale. It's easier for the player to be in key.

Fun instrument
I have just discovered this interface type. Looks like GeoShred but less expensive. I paid for the 3.99 instrument update. The items with locks seem to play so I think that is what I bought.
I would like to see the slide feature improved to be smoother and not at least as an option not try to play wash not when gesturing across the screen and the mid wheel effect seems non existent on each pad but the vibrato works well.
This could be a great performance instrument and I am looking forward to see how I might be able to use it in my DAW sessions.

Saw the negative reviews, but I like this program!! I had one little issue, contacted the seller,, and he stepped right up and updated !!! If it had MIDI, it would be 5 stars,,

Terrible
****Update: the new version is even worse than the previous one, developer added more ads to it! Now you ALWAYS have an ad in the GUI. The bug where trying an instrument makes the app stop making any sounds is still there (which you learn after you were forced to watch a promo film!). The joke app is even more of a joke now. *****
As mentioned by another reviewer, the app is a shameful bootleg of another app.
Synthesizer interface - what synthesizer interface? There simply isn’t one! All you can do is select presets, no further control of the synth sound.
And why can’t the premium sounds and scales be clearly marked so that we don’t have to constantly run into a reminder to purchase the pro version?
No instructions manual.
A bug where some notes randomly sound modulated with pitch shift / vibrato. There is no pattern and any logic to why it happens so it must be a bug.
When a “Try Free” option is chosen for a patch the entire app goes silent, no more sound even if you change back to one of basic patches. The only way to bring back the sound is by completely quitting the app.
No IAA and no AUv3.
