Great app
One of my favorite apps for food delivery. They are always on time if not early. The customer service is 5 stars. They have a nice collection of restaurants but it can be wider. It’s my go to for ordering gourmet food for myself or my family and friends. Their couriers usually speak both Arabic and English and they can understand your specific requests.
2000 riyal order gone cold, waiting for two hours, no driver.
I had a terrible experience with this app, first I made a order with a restaurant I previously ordered from and no one picked it up or called me to check in for two hours. The restaurant called me and apologized deeply for the issue and they said no driver has arrived and they are sorry that the food might have gone cold, so I had to send my own driver. The chefz driver only picked up after the restaurant called and after I had already sent my driver. The service is terrible and there is no way to contact your driver or the restaurant. Please update the app and inform your drivers how to correctly call.
Never Agian. لن استخدمة مرة اخرى
I had an health issue with one of my orders and contacted support, they seemed unbothered and said they will call the team will contact me again but guess what they never did and they also ignore all my other attempts to contact then again. Horrible and unacceptable behavior that show that they only care about the money and the never care about people’s health. I’m deleting this app right now
واجهة مشكلة صحية في طلبي وتواصلت مع الدعم. كان اسلوبهم غير مبالي ووعدوني بمعاودة الاتصال ولكن لم يتم الاصال بي. جميع محاولاتي في معاودة الاتصال بهم لم تفلح. تصريف غير مقبول ويدل على فشل ادارة هذا التطبيق وعدم اهتمامهم بصحة العميل. ساحذف التطبيق الان
