Great New Design
I was a little worried getting this new app because I called my bank and they knew very little about how this launch was going to go, but I am pleasantly surprised. I’ve looked through it and the app itself looks very clean. I’m yet to run into any issue and everything seems to connect properly, and I like that they kept the menu on the left side consistent, but the dashboard is very nice and easy to use and customize. I don’t anticipate any bugs, but we shall see. All in all, I very much like the upgrade.
My experience with Trailhead Credit Union
From day one as a member of trailhead credit Union I have never been disappointments and then Customer Service and Customer Service fashion I think they’re the best
Prefer old app.
The old app you could see all your account balances quickly when you open the app. This one you have to scroll to see them. I preferred seeing everything on one screen. New app looks nice and has added security but the way information was displayed in the old app was better.
