Love the credit building potential with USE credit union!

I’ve built my credit with the easy to set up secured credit cards they offer and the secured loans. Love that all my bank account can be under one online profile with Use credit union. That’s right I can link my union bank, chase , Wells Fargo accounts to this credit union and it makes my financial landscape so much more available at a glance :)

BluPeak app ok in the US - almost useless with VPN abroad.....

The app is ok in the continental US and all functionality like Zelle and bill pay seem to work. I could not get transfers to work to pay my Card. It is almost totally useless abroad when using a VPN. I'm at a five star hotel in Tenerife where the internet is good, however using a VPN (Hot Spot and Tunnel Bear) to the US and the app is useless. I use a VPN on public WiFi for obvious reasons and it's beyond comprehension that a banking institution cannot provide a secure and reliable means to bank while abroad. My friends on Santander and LLoyds have no problem.

USE and its app design team are awesome and have continually made good improvements. One thing though: could you please make the credit card balance visible without the customer having to click into the credit card account? That would be wonderful. Keep up the great work!

Very Annoying App

The app keeps logging me out of quick balance view and asks me to login to re-enable the feature. I log in but it doesn’t work. I have to keep going back and forth to setting to disable and enable it again. What is the purpose of quick balance then when we have to spend 5 minutes each time to play with this app?!!Furthermore, the app is anything but user friendly, things are not organized well and you have to keep looking and searching back and forth under tabs to find what you need. Very elementary and annoying app.
