The app works well and does exactly what I need/want. Verkada continues improvements and is becoming a game changer for access control and security in the industry. We’re migrating everything we can to verkada.
Face ID anyone?
Why is it so difficult to make Command remember who I am, and have a seamless, effortless Face ID authentication experience each time I use the app?
Why is it if I wait three days, and then try to use the app again, I am prompted with no fewer than three screens requesting credentials in preposterous ways? No, I do not need a link emailed to me so I can login using the same phone I’ve had for over two years now, and have FaceID working fine on… seriously guys, there has to be a better, less frustrating way.
Game Changer!
Verkada’s desktop software is incredible but they’ve managed to make an even better mobile app, it’s incredibly fast, responsive, and intuitive. All of the analytics are there as well. It’s fantastic, totally blown away.
