Do you I end navigation within this app is much better than it's competitors particularly the biggest ones. I have the easiest time watching my volleyball games within this app compared to the other services that it streams on. That being said I would've given it a four if it was not free because I believe the UI in these apps as a whole is antiquated.
Subscription update

This app does not allow you to update your payment method via the mobile app. You had to contact “support via email” for quick service… I guts quick service is 1-3 days. There has to be a better way to watch your team without living out of market. UPDATE: Received response from developer that you can update this information from their website. This is not true if you are just trying to update payment information, it can only be done from the website if you are signing up for the first time. If you need to update payment information afterwords, there is an email address that you have to email Victory+ support. You “might” hear back from them in a couple days. At that point they want to try and verify your account with a screenshot of you logged into your account, and then will send you an external link to update payment information. Still too many hoops to jump through to do such a simple task.

In certain cases, we may also need additional verification before sending a secure payment update link, in order to help protect account security.We know that can feel like extra steps, but it is only requested when needed. Update: got a reply from the dev asking for device and stuff. No. This is a well-reported and easily repeatable bug. That comment was just to save face, to act like they aren’t aware of the issue. At this point if they’re not aware they’re even less competent than I thought at first. I. Am. A. Developer. I. Know. How. To. Troubleshoot. Bugs. This one is crystal clear and pervasive. You. Do. Not. Need. My. Specific. Input. You have the aggregate. Stop messing around. I assume you have some intern or something to reply to everything negative and make it look like you’re actually trying or something. The only reason I’m here venting again is…l guess what? The TV app started lagging again after an add break started. FFS man. Figure. It. Out. Already. OG post:Every single ad break this app starts freaking out. On the (Samsung) TV app, it starts lagging badly. On the iOS apps it completely crashes, which is actually better because it cues me to restart it and then it works fine again………….. until the next ad break. The fact that this happens reliably and across multiple OSs and devices just shows there’s something fundamentally flawed in the app. That’s some tech troubleshooting 101 folks. How the devs haven’t either noticed this or addressed it should be embarrassing to them. Read the other critical reviews. It’s not just me. This is a thing.

TV app
Unhappy consumerrr
POS TV app. All I’m trying to do is skip through the Rangers 30+ minutes pre game show to get to first pitch, but when I fast forward I’m forced to watch ads every few minutes that I skip. What should only take a few seconds ends up taking 10 minutes because of all the rounds of ads I have to wait for to continue skipping. I understand the need for ads but at least let me get to where I want to be before showing them. Not to mention the fact that there isn’t a hold to skip feature so in addition to all the ad BS I have to click the skip button a thousand times. This is the only app I use that does this. Fix it or I’ll find other ways to watch the Rangers without having to spend $100 a year on a POS app.
