W Box VMS1 4+

Too many fixes needed. I could write a book! OMG! Here are a few... Portrait-Landscape views - portrait distorts the picture - stretches it. Landscape viewing doesn’t work most of the time. Need to be lucky. Live screen stops working - freezes. Writing “IP Camera” appears across screens in black and white text. ??? Controls are temperamental - as is everything else with this ap. Need to restart phone or ipad to get things working half fast and keep your fingers crossed. Double tap doesn’t work properly. When you double tap on a picture, another picture pops up and you have to scroll to the one you wanted.

Historically I don’t leave negative responses or replies, but this app. OMG..... I’ve used many apps. Honestly, this app needs to be scrapped. You waste more time trying to remote view than you actually get to view. If you’re lucky and get an image it crashes within a minute. You leave the app with a sunken feeling every time you attempt to use it. My recommendation: look at other apps that work. Then take this app back to the drawing board. Time is your most valuable asset. After attempting to use this app you feel like you actually lost time.

I recently upgraded my nvr & cameras. I used the other (older?) VMS app. I never had an issue. It worked great, never crashed, etc... This app crashes and LAGS! I’ve only had this app for a few days, I’ll give it a little bit of time. If nothing improves, I’m going to see if there is a different app I can use with my camera brand.
Please fix this app!
