Home Walking & Exercise is always free. Access to our premium content requires a monthly or yearly subscription. The monthly subscription is $9.99 and comes with a 3 day free trial. Our yearly subscription is $59.99 and comes with a 14 day trial. The subscription will automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Account will be charged for renewal within 24-hours prior to the end of the current period. Payment is charged to iTunes Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions may be managed by the user and auto-renewal may be turned off by going to the user's iTunes Account Settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when the user purchases a subscription. Monthly subscription users are billed per month, yearly subscription users are billed the whole annual amount on the date of purchase. Cancel any time.

Nice app

This is a really nice little app. Will keep you motivated to achieve modest goals. I wish it had a way to exceed goals and customize the plan a bit better. I’m just starting back out but my goal is 5-6 days a week of some amount of walking to really establish the habit firmly. I also prefer longer walks on occasion than this offers. It does allow you to continue tracking steps, calories burned and mileage after the allotted time. It’s not perfect. It’s just a little motivation and awesome at accurately tracking time and distance and keeping that stored as a motivating review.

Helping Me Lose Weight

I have been loving this app, the work outs really help me stay consistent which is the key to feeling better and losing weight. The warm ups are really helpful too. I know I could go out and walk on my own but this app just really helps me get out the door and also tracks my progress.

UPDATE: I’ve been using this app for a few weeks and I am really surprised how far I’ve come with my walks. It’s helpful having videos to guide me through warm ups and everything too.

Walk Before You Run-Lose it

I have been wanting for a while to loose wt by diet and a walking program. I saw this app and it was my answer!! I just love it!! A program was created for me by answering a few questions. I started to follow my program ( very easy to follow) and walking became not only something I have to do but fun. I get a great feeling of accomplishment when I reach my goals!!!
I like the the warm up and stretches after all programmed for me as a beginner.
This app will make my weight loss goal easier to obtain.
