Wireless Audio Multiroom : Pad 4+

Samsung Multiroom when it works is great. But every once in a while (one or twice a week) it will lose connection with the wireless router. Usually reconnecting is no problem (on/off wireless router and it reconnects) but rarely (once a year) a complete reboot of the system and speakers is required. Also I have 8 (eight) radiant speakers all except one connect all the time. The one delinquent speaker has the latest software but appears to be on it’s “own network”. Resets result in the one speaker or the other 7 (seven) speakers being connected. Maybe it’s got different hardware?

This app is one of the worst I have ever dealt with. It may work with a samsung mobil device, but with IPad it will glitch out about every other day from my experience.

Called customer support 2xs since I have had this. First time was told that I would be on a brief hold, and after 20 min of holding, I got hung up on... They did ask for a call back number, but never actually called me back after hanging up.

2nd time was a while later, since I had such a bad taste in my mouth from the first time... I got transferred 3 times to the department that could help. The 3rd time, they tried transferring me to the first department I started in. I hung up because I didn't have time to deal with another 40 minutes of getting the run around.

The space the save, the look they have and the most love is the sound. Samsung got it right. Let’s get this party started with the R3’s jamming hard in Texas!
