I use this app every other day for working out on my body mainly for shape and confidence. I’ve been keeping up on doing it consistently and I am optimistic about the end result. I do wish there were more food options that span over breakfast, lunch, and dinner. I do understand eating healthy, but I do want my food to be enjoyable as well and proper for the time of day. I’ve been using this app for nearly a month now and I just think there should be newer demonstrations rather than animations. Animations are fine, but seeing an actual person do the work out I’m supposed to copy is more easier to understand. Also, whenever it is an animation coach, you can’t even see what exercises are listed when you press on any of the categories, so I don’t know what I’m signing up for. The voices are AI, and I understand them well, but if they are going to be saying the same exercises and explaining the same thing over snd over again, wouldn’t it be better to have a person be able to record their voice saying it?They do get the point across, though, I wish it were more detailed rather than a countdown, what you’re doing for how long, and how to breathe, I wanna know if theres any mistakes or proper posture or burn I’m supposed to feel. Only some of them mention the burn, and occasionally there’d be more challenging options on certain exercise’s. The only voice that sounds smooth or human-ish is the english male voice. The others are so robotic and I just can’t stand it.

And tap tap "Coach" on the workout preview page to select real-person voice guidance.Regarding the movement list, you can view a detailed list on the workout preview page.
