Pods moving and storing
Just a shout out to PODS moving and storage. The experience was amazing from beginning to end. It was our first time using this type of movers, but they were right on, from drop off ,to load, pick up to transfer out of state, and then deliver to new home. Always were there when they said they would be. Let’s us know the night before of the estimated window time, then driver called with ETA when he was about an hour away. Both times ,they were right on time. The drivers that dropped them were very knowledgeable and helpful, and an extra big thank you to Justin W. The final driver, for being courteous and careful when placing the POD exactly where we needed it on the driveway. Sorry I didn’t get the first drivers name, to mention him as well. Will use PODS again for final move.🌴🌴Cher🌴🌴CC
Automated software fail
Try to get people to use Yelp by having them download it to leave a review because the guests ask what would help the restaurant. Yelp’s automated system just hides it/gets rid of the review even if it’s 5 stars just because it’s someone’s first review because they want to force more activity from the user. The only thing that does is reward negative reviewers because they are the ones who use Yelp more. Stupid practice, your ai system is flawed. You’re going against the whole point of using the Yelp app, who came up with this idea? Who allowed it? Useless

I researched your software that is used before posting the review I’m well aware of every aspect as a computer science grad who aced every artificial intelligence class I ever took. I’m mad because your software is garbage. A college level sophomore could make a better one. As I stated before your software doesn’t factor in multiple things to be a fair review system. You don’t even know what your own app is for. Your PR team response with a link to more info is pathetic
