Best App EVER!!

When you tube music firs started I have to admit I hated the app starting a station would only give you eight songs and then it would go on repeat, I got fed up and reached out to google customer support and definitely one of the best customer service ever, the representative that help me out tried everything to figure out why it wouldn’t auto play continuously, finally we gave up and the problem continued, finally google reached out to me again and asked me how my experience with the app was and I was on the verge of canceling my service but the amazing people at google took my threat seriously and fixed the issue right away, now every time I start a station new songs keep popping up, I am definitely a happy customer and will be referring others to google instead of all the other platforms, Thanks Google for fixing the issue I’ am one happy customer who will continue using your services if I had 4 thumbs they’d be way up 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

White bright light on “play” and “shuffle” buttons

I would be more than happy to give You Tube Premium app a five stars if the button on “play” and “shuffle” is not that white bright light. I would prefer the color on that buttons to be the same with the rest of the surrounding areas. It is very stressful to have to look at that white bright light on those buttons. Also, the same issue with downloading. When download the video or music on the regular You Tube app, the message appeared to let me know that the video or music have been downloading; the color of that message is also a white bright light. And that is very stressful indeed to have to associate my eyes to look at that white bright light. You probably know why at the very successful entertainment business like bar or restaurants, the light at their establishment areas is almost dark. The reason for that is to help their customers relax so that if the customers happy with that kind of environment, then they are more likely to come back again. In contrast to that, the CIA used white bright light to force their prisoners to cooperate with the investigation after the Sept 11 incident at the World Trade Center. The white bright light method to force the prisoners to cooperate with the investigation was invented by someone who studied human behavior, a doctor. Thank you.

So bad

This is by far the worst app for listening to music that I have ever used. (And I have the paid subscription.) It takes a gazillion clicks to find my recent or commonly used playlists. I don’t get on the app to use mixes some rando made, I get on to listen to MY LISTS and to find new releases. Why do I have to click like five times to reach my playlists???? And even then it doesn’t show me the ones I’ve lost recently played, only the ones I’ve recently edited! The playlists are not sorted alphabetically. If I want to remove songs from a queue or move them to another playlist, it’s impossible to select more than one song at once—I HATE THIS ESPECIALLY. Such a basic and inexcusable oversight they’ve had months to fix. And if I’m already listening to a list I’ve downloaded and then I leave WiFi, it complains to me that it has no connection and needs to go to downloads, and makes me click through multiple times just to find again and shuffle the list I’m already listening to. Just awful. Also google play used to show me how many times I’ve listened to each song, and that’s what I looked at to find my favorite songs of the year. I don’t want a 2020 list they make for me, I want to make my own list! Why can’t they provide this basic thing that was already offered on google play? The web app is equally frustrating. I can’t believe we actually pay them to provide this abysmal level of service.
