Unable to capture beneficiaries

The user interface for capturing a beneficiary allows one to capture all details up until the beneficiary ID then the screen shifts down and one is unable to complete the process and submit the details. This happens continuously.

Dreadful app. Am not able to access my LA because the password I have used for the past fourteen years is not accepted. I did manage to get in once, - no idea how - but not again.
Investors should have been informed of the impending change, and should have been given concise directions how to access the app. . My first experience when tryin to access my info was a message on the screen saying 'Oh dear. sorry. We couldn't find this page.' Not acceptable given the fact that the lion's share of my financial assets are in my RA.

I apologise for the frustration you've been experiencing. If your'e having an issue with your password, change it by clicking on the Trouble logging in button. The updated login details will be same for AF Online.

Great app, if only it was online

The AF Online App is still terrible. When I log on now, it tells me that I haven’t applied to link my profile to something. I was never told to! It then gives me an option to update my details. I go through the edit function and then am unable to submit. When will AF get someone who understands application development to sort this app out once and for all
