How does it work?
Think of the App as a Batman signal. It helps us know when you're driving and when you aren't, so we can calculate your cashback every month. It's also how we can detect if you are involved in a car crash so that we can dispatch emergency services to help you if we can't get a hold of you. The App will also activate weather alerts, so you are informed if you find yourself in an area where there is a hailstorm forecasted.

Cashback Just Keeps Loading
Getting cash back just keeps on loading and saying “hold on while we calculate your cash back”. Have tried deleting and reinstalling but it just won’t work. Frustrating.
App frustrating
The app is rather frustrating of lately when trying to claim rewards as it just keeps calculating. I normally have to ask an agent via WhatsApp and what if you have to move and it’s weekends no agent Available. Please fix app
