Cannot go beyond log in page

I tried logging in it won’t allow, forgotten password it won’t allow it says I must contact the systems administrator

Drop down bar and scroll down menu

For some reason when I try to click on ‘my benefits’, it only shows the first two options and nothing else. A friend shows me there is more options.

I can’t scroll down to look any other items on the menu… it’s as if the screen is stuck in one position.
Please fix this as I need to use the app for my urgent health and booking telephone consults with doctors

App doesn’t work

Hi,

The app says it’s compatible with an iPhone 6, yes it allows me to download it but either than that that’s where it ends, when I try to open the app it exits on its own before I could even do anything. I’m honestly disappointed really.
