Most unreliable and most useless medical aid insurance there is. Please don’t waste your time and your money because it is a literal scam. No one can get into the app and when you call for them to fix it they leave you on hold and then drop the call. Sending emails don’t work either even worse when trying to submit a claim to their claims department, they just send you ticket number upon ticket number and never get back to you.

Ever since the new system was launched and users are required to create a new account to get in, I’ve been unable to create an account. “Password does not meet criteria” error is received even though each criteria laid out is met. When I call customer support, no answer. On hold for 20 minutes. Very unprofessional switching to a new system and not having the support on standby.

I’m so disappointed with the “new” app that basically looks like the old one. Also there’s nowhere to see the MSA balance. The only thing it shows when you login is the amount of your contribution. How depressing. We can’t forget how much we pay you. But where the hell are the benefits? If that’s all we get for changing to Momentum you could have saved the bother. Very unuseful app.

The app does not show all specialist fields when searching, also cannot apply for chronic medicine approvals. It does not pick up my address when searching for network providers. The registration for new app is also not functioning as it should. Think you should sort out these issues before launching a new app.
