I’ve been using this app for quite a while now and haven’t had any problems whatsoever, but then a few days ago when I purchased airtime with it the payment went through but there was never a confirmation sms or any proof of payment. And I never received my airtime or my money back. So I decided to report this issue and I still haven’t received any response or gotten my money back

I’ve been using this app for quite a while now and haven’t had any problems whatsoever, but then a few days ago when I purchased airtime with it the payment went through but there was never a confirmation sms or any proof of payment. I overall liked this app. I didn’t have any problems with depositing and withdrawing money. As well as making transfers to other Standard Bank accounts. However I did one day make a mistake on one of the transfers I made and when I tried to look for a proof of payment I couldn’t access one anywhere on the app or via email. I contacted the helplines many times but nothing.
