Not working

After getting numerous, what felt like threats, to upgrade to the new business banking app, trying to verify my id for a week, trying to get the support platform to help me get connected, I’ve given up hope. Two businesses can’t operate with this poor
Level of service. Luckily I can still access my accounts through the old trusted internet banking portal on my pc. There they also keep pushing for me to join the “business revolution” but after seeing the app’s inabillity to do anything other than “id being confirmed”, I’m staying away as far as I can from “upgrading” to anything.

Terrible App

This is an absolutely terrible app. And I’ve emailed Standard Bank a few times to complain and I never get an answer. This app has almost zero functionality, other bank apps are light years ahead. I can’t function like this, it’s terrible.

Absolute Rubbish

The app asks to scan your ID and then says it might take home affairs 3 minutes to several days to verify you. When reopening the app it keeps crashing saying something went wrong. I’ve now repeated this exercise 3 times with the same result. App keeps crashing!
