What’s the point of an App

I placed an order via the App for collection at Brackenfell Nandos. I then received an sms indicating a can collect my order via the drive through at a certain time or collect inside the restaurant ! I obviously opt for collecting via drive through as I wanted to avoid crowded restaurants during this period.

When collecting at the drive through I was then rudely scolded by the woman at the last window who said “All orders needed to be collected inside” But when I tried to explain the app there was absolutely no way of reasoning with the woman.

What’s the point of the app if the people at the restaurant is not going to implement on the ground???!?!

Nandos’s Faerie Glen delivery

I was so disappointed at the service I received on Friday 16 August 2019. I made a delivery order (paid online) and was told to expect it around 18:40. I kept on calling after each hour of waiting and was always promised that it’s on the way. The meal was delivered at around 21:30 only to find that the salad was missing from my order. The driver said he was going to fetch it and apologized. He never returned 😡😡😡. I am really not happy at all. I doubt if I will ever use this service again.

The last thing we'd want is for anybody not to get their Nando's, Modiegi. We'd like to get to the bottom of this and fix it. Could you please tell us what happened and email us your contact details to customercare@nandos.com.

No Refund given!!!

I placed an order on the 28th of December 2023 on this app. Unfortunately, there was a complication with the addresses and immediately I called the store quickly, a few minutes into the order to cancel the order, I spoke to the manager and he confirmed it was cancelled and that I will be refunded the following day as it was charged to my card. The following day past and no call, I called the following day and I spoke to another manager who said she will follow up and get back to me. This was all before New Year’s Eve. When I go on to the app it says “order received” and I did not. I’m yet to receive a call, mail or a smoke signal! This is unprofessional and an inconvenience. Makes me wonder if this Nandos app is truly reliable.
