Really thankful for a way to order directly from Romans as it makes a huge difference, however this app appears to have been developed by first year students since its shoddy at best, have little to no exception handling except for an error message that says "hello" and frequently hangs and requires a restart of the app. Considering the simplicity of this app due to a lack of any tracking capabilities, this is disappointing

Huge fan of Roman’s and the app makes it so easy to order but there are some very frustrating bugs that need fixing please! Like if I have placed an order and I leave the screen where it shows what’s going on, the whole thing closes and you can’t see your order anymore. Also, please a big suggestion that a lot of app are doing that improves the user experience significantly, please add an option to give instructions for the delivery person. People who stay in conplexes have complications when trying to let the delivery person in or guide them how to find the right place so having somewhere for the user to leave instructions could be super helpful! Hope you can make these fixes/changes because I love this app!

The app itself is subpar at best, but the main issue is that I placed my order and an hour later decided to call the branch to check in as I received no updates. The branch didn’t even know about the order even though I paid in full (including a delivery fee). What purpose does an app serve if there’s no follow through with the branch? If I didn’t personally call then I’d never have received my order and they’d have my money - borderline theft. Now I’m sitting waiting nearly two hours to receive my order. At this point I’ve just about lost my appetite.
