PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR ALL! It’s so frustrating because you can’t add a new credit card, you can only select Cash or Card on Delivery. The problem is when someone else wants to pay for our meal with their credit card I cannot add their credit card details so we end up having to pay for the “gift” ourselves!

Have you tried to order two different milk shakes recently on the app? At the same time, because you want a chocolate shake, but your bae wants a Turkish delight shake? Hmmm you can get two chocolate shakes or two Turkish delight shakes but not one of each. Unless you go out, and add a new shake later in the order process. Also don't try and make one small and one big. Because that will require extra effort. What a hassle. Home delivery should be easier than ordering at the counter. You are not there yet. Also not sure if you get two burgers on the special or not. The price looks like two, but is this what they are going to send? Who knows?

The app is super functional with ordering etc. except for the fact that you can’t track what the progress is of your order. My order was processed for over 41min before I had to phone the branch to check the order was received and going to be delivered.
Only the manager was able to confirm my order was received would be delivered soon - I got a scare as well as the message on their phone line was that I reached them after business hours and should call back during working hours - thought I had paid for an order I wasn’t going to receive.
