The app is a waste of time
I ordered on the APP for collect ASAP. I drove 20 minutes to get here and am still waiting for 30 minutes because my order is still not ready.
What’s the point of preordering if I still wait in line for another hour????

Whenever I go to PEDRO’s Plumstead I am received with such a warm and friendly welcome. Not only from the server but the entire team. Greets with a friendly smile and I am grateful for their service. The manager must be doing something right.

Staff don’t look at app orders
I placed an order through the app and got a message that my order will be ready in 15 minutes. When I got to the store I had to wait another 30 minutes because the staff don’t usually look at orders placed through the app. Something that was supposed to make it easier for a customer to place an order and collect has become very inefficient. Very disappointed.
