PLEASE CAN YOU FIX THIS PROBLEM ONCE AND FOR ALL! It’s so frustrating because you can’t add a new credit card, you can only select Cash or Card on Delivery. The problem is when someone else wants to pay for our meal with their credit card I cannot add their credit card details so we end up having to pay for the “gift” ourselves!

Poor service and ****** Steers Brackenfell
I have been a customer off Steers since they made the whacky Wednesday meal. No problem until I started to order online. This is the second Wednesday I had to battle to get my meal from Steers Brackenfell. I walked into the shop and saw the manager was packing my order. I stood at the collection point and she completely ignored me. I asked her to collect my meal and showed her my online order and payment confirmation. She told me I must go and stand in the order line which I did. Now the lines are long, and my meal is out and getting cold. When I finally got to the till I ordered my meal and showed her my online order and payment. She printed a invoice and my number was the last one in, take in mind my meal was ready since I entered the shop.
Eventually they gave me my cold meal after serving most of the other customers. While I was standing in the order queue, a black guy came in also did a online order, and he received his without having to stand in the order line.
I am 71 years old and white, so this is definitely a race issue in Steers Brackenfell.
When I got home, and wanted to eat my hamburger, the patty was raw and still cold. My wife fried our patties and we ate our LAST EVER STEERS MEAL. Online order number #**********7

The app is super functional with ordering etc. except for the fact that you can’t track what the progress is of your order. My order was processed for over 41min before I had to phone the branch to check the order was received and going to be delivered.
Only the manager was able to confirm my order was received would be delivered soon - I got a scare as well as the message on their phone line was that I reached them after business hours and should call back during working hours - thought I had paid for an order I wasn’t going to receive.
