This app really lacks any intuitive organization of its features. Seriously, it takes me 5 minutes to figure out how to log my weight every time I use it because the obvious place to enter a weigh in (where it says ‘log weigh in’) only gives you the option to do it manually. I mean, what is the point of having a smart scale if you have to click around aimlessly in the app, every time you use it, to figure out how to access its smart features? The only way I’ve been able to record a smart weigh in thus far is by clicking on my smart scale under devices, before stepping on the scale to turn it on, then clicking the ‘disconnected’ indicator that appears under my scale’s name, and then stepping on it to connect the scale… BUT, if I don’t step back on the scale within 5-10 seconds, I’ll lose the chance to record my weight, and have to wait for it to disconnect from inactivity before starting all over again. Second, it doesn’t calculate net carbs by subtracting fiber from your total carbs which makes following a low-carb diet confusing. Third, there’s now way to leave notes about anything, anywhere (I.e., to manually indicate total net carbs for a meal). Lastly, the meal plan and recipe options are extremely limited. In other words, this app is really only convenient for tracking weight loss/gain progress and other body metrics. It’s integration with Apple’s Health app is also pretty cool. You can also sync the app with another diet tracking app, which I’d probably recommend doing over relying on this app if you already have another diet app that you like.
Hi PrettyMinniee, you don't need to click "disconnected" indicator, just make sure you enter the device page while keeping your Bluetooth open. For other suggestions you mentioned such as net carbs, leaving notes and limited meal plan and recipe, we are planning to improve them.
