Updating my review again, and things are really looking up. Changing from 1 star to 4, and will go to 5 if the trend continues. I haven’t been getting a bunch of already-expired offers lately. But I did get a VERY high-value offer. Used it tonight, ordering via the app as required (app or online only). Everything was easy and intuitive, and the food was fresh, hot and really tasty. Friendly and attentive staff, too. But just in case the “says closed at 9:20 when location is really open till 10” bug wasn’t fixed yet, I made a point of ordering before 9 (namely 8:50), but had no problem scheduling for 9:15. OLD REVIEWSUpdated: Changing from 2 stars to 1 because it’s gotten even worse. I periodically get a notification that I have new offers available, but when I look at them they ALL expired LAST month. Plus, when I contacted them about the experience described in my original review (below), it promised I’d get a response, but I haven’t. And I checked spam. I suppose it’s possible they called and didn’t leave a voicemail, but I highly doubt it. Got an email saying, “Hurry, your free sandwich offer is outta here (expiring)!” The app and web both told me that location near me is open until 10pm ever night. In my car outside the open-as-expected location at 9:20pm, I started placing the order, but the app wouldn’t let me check out, telling me that the location is closed?! But that I’m free to place the order for 10:15am the next morning! Counter person inside says sorry, but she has no way to give me my free sandwich if the offer says it requires online ordering. The only reason for two stars instead of one is because the other time I used the app (for lunch) it worked OK and gave me a good deal. But come on, “location closed, can’t order for tonight” when it’s a high-value online-order-only deal and the store was actually still very much open?
