I’m a 40 year old, full time wife, mother to a toddler, and employee. After having my daughter later in life, I was at a loss on where/how to start my health journey. In hopes of finding work-life balance with a newborn, during a pandemic, I switched employers. I didn’t recognize my body or myself. For a year and a half, I was in a rut. Beginning 2023, I felt I had the mental capacity to also prioritize my needs and began making little changes daily/weekly. I have added movement back into my life and realized I needed more than cardio. I need ways to nourish my mind and body. At 40, I needed to learn how to incorporate at home strength training in my limited “me time.” This past winter, I heard the Sammies on the Pursuit of Welness podcast. The podcast resonated with me. I looked into Form, ultimately taking advantage of their winter special. The app has allowed me to add at home strength training at my own pace, while still managing a hectic schedule. I’ve become interested in their affirmations as there are times I feel I am flailing in one of my full-time roles. As a pescatarian, with limited cooking skills, their recipes offer guidance in hitting my protein needs, while adhering to my food restrictions. Overall, I feel like I have found a tool to assist me as I continue to make small measurable steps towards my ultimate goal of a happier and healthier me.

If you want to feel like you’re in the most fun, vibey, workout class with the best group of girls, that also pushes you while making you feel amazing, you’ll LOVE FORM. I love FORM because not only are my results INSANE, but I genuinely love turning on a “class” everyday and feeling the upbeat energy of the trainers! These women are so inspiring and make you feel so good throughout the workout. I also love that there are so many different programs to choose from whether you want to focus on strength training, pilates, or a hybrid of both, weight focused gym workouts, prenatal/postpartum workouts, bridal workouts and anything else you can think of, FORM has a program for any stage in your life! I also really love the nutrition side of it because the recipes are SIMPLE AND EASY! I do not love cooking, so it’s great to have healthy recipes that aren’t 30 steps long. One thing I would love to see more of in Form is more of the meditations, and maybe even a 30 day meditation program or something like that! And then I would also love a barre based program, as I love the few barre workouts that are on the app. Overall, if you want to connect with an amazing group of women who support and inspire eachother to live their best most happy, healthy, and fulfilling life, FORM IS FOR YOU!

Whether it’s sneaking in a quick sweat in between classes, finding the perfect class that my body is craving-especially if I need something more gentle but still gets me burning (in the best way), improving my relationship with my body, and challenging myself/feeling stronger (and seeing results with less), this app was the best birthday present to myself. Love this app and am a raving fan! I use to think I had to run 10 miles a day or spend 2 hours a day in the gym to have an effective workout and I’m beyond obsessed with the power of 30 minutes! Sami kicks my booty and I’m so grateful! Truly learned that 30min to an hour depending on my day and energy is all you need! And I love the variety on the app and am so excited about having a gym program to implement! I’m less puffy, more toned, and my life doesn’t revolve around exercise and I’m able to show up more in other areas of my life! I’m having fun and I truly look forward to my daily movement! These girls are strong and beautiful and have helped me find more balance in my life and body! They are also just bundles of sunshine. I always feel better after a workout or listening to their podcast! and ah! Just yah- LOVE this app! Get it haha 😂

As a busy college student who also works part time I’ve always found it really difficult to have a workout routine I was in love with. As a former competitive athlete I always thought that an effective workout only came with feeling absolutely beat after. So many strength and conditioning coaches drilled that mindset into my head - and I believed it so much so, it made my performance decline and I was far more prone to injury. FORM has been so life changing for me - it provides a large variety of workouts that still utilize strength training and lifting but balancing it with Pilates style workouts. I feel so much more toned and less inflamed after workouts and my core and stability has never been better!! And Pilates, even as an athlete, humbled me at first. But it truly helps build the foundation of whatever your personal physical goals are. And most days I don’t have the time or energy to craft my own workouts - being able to just pick one that I like daily has made it extremely easy. For the first time in forever I actually look forward to my daily workouts and feeling energized rather than exhausted after!! 10/10 Recommend!!
