The number one thing I love about Covid nugget is that when you withdraw the money shows up into your account within a minute sometimes seconds other apps take a day sometimes an hour golden nugget has always has my withdrawal into my account within a minute. Another thing is they have demos so if you can try to came out before you play it there’s rarely any bugs or problems with the app like that MGM I’ve had so many issues with their app. It’s ridiculous and they just banded me for no reason I didn’t do nothing and they banned me. That’s the second time they banned me for no reason. But Golden Nugget their customer service is great. They’ve always made things right also they have a lot of different slots to play. I wish they would get rid of the 10 times play through or whatever times play through when you have bonus credits or casino credits or whatever I just wish that they would let you have that as your money and not have to play to retrieve that money. if you guys did that your customer go away way way up I love plays the most. I’m scared to look at my net last statement because I put a lot of money in there and I’m not rich by any means I’m not poor either. I really enjoy playing the slots. I really think that the casino could pay out more meaning give more opportunities for me and other to win. I think that the promotions could use some work also. You make it almost impossible for people who really don’t have thousands of dollars to opt in on the promotions. Because the promotion that are available are ones where you have to deposit $500 or more to even get any credit rewards. The only one good one you have is you payout 50% of what the players deposit and it’s only up to $50. If you were to make better promotion for lower class making money people. You would have a lot more people wanting to join Golden nugget and play online. But where you really don’t have any good promos for less fortunes. You only get the Rich to play because they are the only one who can afford to play. The problem is you make it so hard to even earn anything back because here is just example you have to deposit $750 and you have so many days to do it to get $25 back in casino credit who has $750 to just waste to only get $25. I mean really if you think about it it’s not even an eye catcher.

The so-called customer support is very unsupportive. The gameplay itself has gone downhill majorly as well as the fairness of play seems to have declined immensely there’s no winning on the slots anymore. I understand it’s gambling and I don’t expect to win very often, but it seems to be that the games on here don’t provide any wins at all anymore. You’re basically just throwing your money away every time on this app, it’s sad to say because I did enjoy the gameplay on here just a few months ago, but I’ve had a front experience the decline, and it’s really not worth playing on here anymore. I would advise. Reward point system is lacking compared to other venues

I played multiple online casino sites and VIP at FanDuel and MGM and had the opportunity to be a VIP with DraftKings/golden nugget however due to my poor bet to win ratio, I decided to take my money elsewhere because it seems like I could never score large wins with DraftKings or Golden Nugget. I had my account up to about $1200 at one point in time and that was astronomically high for this site and it also came in the first couple days of opening the account. Besides my first I til week, I have only ever been able to win few hundred now and again but as soon as I start to bet higher amounts on slots per spin, I win less and less compared to other sites where I have played the same games and won more. When I say higher amounts, I’m referring to anything over two dollars for the most part. If I’m betting under a dollar with DraftKings golden nugget it seems to win more often but when you increase your bet, I don’t ever see the same results so that’s disheartening to me and I’m just not that impressed. If you do have enough winnings to cash out, their payouts take longer than others also and that’s frustrating because they get their money immediately but it can take a couple days for them to give any back to me. However I do like their platform and software they operate on as it’s not very glitchy and runs smooth overall. They also have a nice selection of slots but that’s about the extent of my satisfaction with these companies. The final flaw for me is that I am unable to make credit card deposits so that’s yet another point in the negative column! Maybe they will offer me something when they read this review that will change my opinion and if they do, I’ll be sure to leave an updated review.
