The program is not working after I made payment for year

I logged in made the payment but the program will not go past the subscription page. Payment went through but still no 2nd grade academy to play or anyone to contact

My son absolutely loves the two free games on here and we'd really like to sign up for the full subscription to access the rest of the learning games. Unfortunately, whenever we try to sign up, we keep getting the message: connection failure. Please try again later. We have been attempting for over a week now to purchase and keep getting the same message. I'd give it five stars if they'd fix the bugs that are preventing us from purchasing the annual subscription. :(

Honest, helpful, and understanding a frustrated grandma struggling with set up! They fixed the problem and now the app works. As a retired teacher, I recommend this app for good and fun skill practice in all academic areas for children.

We had a subscription for years. This year it automatically renewed like usual. We typically use it over the summer to keep the kids fresh but it wouldn’t load. I contacted them several times they refused to help. Said I needed to fight apple for a refund. It is their system and product issue. They just want more money due to us having a long standing subscription with pricing lower than now. I would not recommend.

As developers, we don't have the ability to access, modify, or cancel individual subscriptions, nor can we issue refunds directly.In most cases, using the "Restore Purchase" option should resolve access issues. If that doesn't work, we recommend reaching out to Apple Support directly, as they control the billing and account access for App Store purchases. We appreciate your long-time support.
