The app isn’t easy to play with. Plus it doesn’t have the function that the old app had.
I am trying to transfer my money from all the accounts that I have and I keep getting the message saying “Error” the account selected is not eligible for this transaction. I went to the beach nome of the staff knew what was happening. The only thing the were saying was sorry. I called the call center, same story the don’t know what is happening. It’s more than one week. I can’t even pay my credit card. Tomorrow is my birthday and I cannot even go for a trip because I am scared of not being able to use my debit card. The funny thing is how a bank in the U.A.E that says this is the city of the future cannot even solve a small app issue?
That’s why so many people are changing for other banks and I will make sure to share what’s happening to me, to make sure so other people don’t get the same stress. Plus I keep getting messages saying my problem has being solved which it wasn’t. I was waiting for them to call me back. But I didn’t get any call from the with any solution. It’s very disrespectful and unprofessional with the clients not being able to even transfer or do anything with their money.

At this time when the whole world can know and listen with a fingertip, is Emirates Bank Group traveling 25 years behind or is it trying to impress its customers as much as possible? I took a personal loan and a person takes a loan when he still has a financial need and no one takes a loan without a financial emergency. I received the liability certificate to settle the financial obligations in Emirates Islamic Bank, submitted,bank transferred the money online and cleared it, it took 10 days . to get the clearance certificate and another 7 days .😁 Do you know what the big joke is, I have to pay the first installment of this loan next week. I have to pay the interest on the money that is not in my hands. is the condition of the customer In this digital world, it can only be said that service is very poor if something that needs to be received instantly takes days.
