Its one of outstanding Application,Quick,fast,latest Forex exchange that is higher in the Market,at first i had issue when sending via mobile but it was spelling error from side that took time till its sorted,Thanks the Manager sorted it within 48Hours.
My feedback is U need to Empower the customer serviceteam,they just collect information & Submit for further review this should be treated urgently once received by the higher Management.
2nd Both Sms & email should be sent to customer after each follow up
Soon you will top and great improvement within a short,Keep it up!!!!

E& money is first financial based organisation who do not give care to its customers even though customer is loyal has reffered his friends but been scamed their added card to e& money wallet also been scamed since been charged for adding bank card… customer service people take the complain from their cutomer but without any solve the case they close saying they tried to reached but never a call received… management never give a call upon even fixing the schedule with them for call since for 5 months the issue not been solved but still adding new problem… customer representative tells to cancel your present physical card whoes card is perfectly fine with valid expiration date still left for 5 more years and ask them to request again new card so that they can take our 26 dhs for nothing but the main issue still remains the same… and the most imp asked for this all to solve called everyday but never given care for this all as its we the one who are fool… and the most important when a particular merchant gives you the refund but if u have paid from e& money than never expect it from been refunded coz you will never receive the refund as they will never give you back… hey yo scammer give my money back and all the money which you have charged from me

However, I kindly request that you improve your communication strategy during such instances, ensuring that users like myself are kept well informed.
