I am afraid to order food when I am hungry. It takes hours to be delivered. Even after ordering, it shows in the kitchen for 1 hour, after delivery champion will be assigned during this period, when contacting him he will say within 10 minutes it can be delivered and then have to wait another 1 hour to be delivered. Even during this time app shows order is in the kitchen. When contacting the customer service they would say that they are checking into it, and then again someone else will call and ask whether the order is cancelled from our end. It’s like beating round bush and at the end nothing will happen. Have to take the car and go out to eat. At the end it’s total waste. Have no idea for how long this issue is persisting. It has happened numerous time for me. This is it, never again with smiles.

My experience with the Smiles app has been extremely frustrating and unacceptable due to its misleading promo codes and voucher system. The app repeatedly promotes discounts and “special offers” that appear valid inside the platform, but in actual use, most of these promo codes fail at checkout without any clear or logical explanation. Requirements are often already met, yet the codes are rejected with vague messages like “not applicable” or “conditions not satisfied,” which makes the entire system feel intentionally confusing and unreliable.Even worse, vouchers that are shown as available rewards are often unusable. They either fail to apply, suddenly vanish, or cannot be redeemed despite being clearly visible in the account. This creates a strong impression that the offers are not properly maintained or are misleadingly presented to attract users.Customer support provides no real assistance. Responses are generic, repetitive, and do not address the actual issue. Complaints are closed without proper resolution, leaving users with zero accountability or clarification.Overall, the Smiles app gives a misleading impression of savings through unreliable promo codes and vouchers that do not function as advertised. It wastes users’ time and creates a complete lack of trust in the platform’s offers. I would not recommend depending on their promotions.

I recently had a bad experience with Smile App Food Delivery options, and unfortunately, the key issue, was the recently the App seemed to add more restaurants with similar names to the one I’m always ordering, and unfortunately the new restaurant is in an industrial area (ICAD Labor Camps). Normally I would never order from it because of the quality of the food. The App is showing those restaurants at the top of the search compared to similar restaurants in my resident area. Of course, after I noticed the mistake when I received the order and it was in horrible condition and ended up in the garbage I login complaint with customer service and after they contacted me and promised to resolve my issue I received a text that my complaint is closed (no resolution done that I’m aware of).In summary, the Smile App Food Delivery service has potential, but it needs significant improvements in restaurant quality, customer service responsiveness and resolution, and overall reliability. As a consumer, I expect transparency and consistent quality. Until these issues are addressed, I’ll be exploring other food delivery options.Remember that everyone’s experience may vary, but these were my personal observations. If you decide to use the food delivery options, I recommend keeping your expectations in check and being prepared for occasional hiccups.

It’s been a regular problem with Smiles App but I still believed in giving them a chance but after today’s experience I believe at least from both of my accounts no order will ever be placed on Smiles. After placing an order with Subway through Smiles, we were happily waiting for the subs which didn’t turn up for an hour so I called Subway and checked. They informed that the delivery is to be arranged by Smiles after which I had a chat with Smiles representative and they arranged a call back from complaints team on which I was told that the delivery was suppose to be done by Subway. I mean how confusing it sounds is how confusing it was when I heard this from the Smiles rep. After which I called Subway again and the same thing of delivery was informed. My advise to both Smiles and Subway is to have a clear communication amongst you both because in the end the customer who is waiting for a meal is impacted due to the negligence and irresponsibility. If there was any confusion regarding the delivery, it should have been informed rather than making customer like me call back and then getting to know about the whole messed up situation which eventually got cancelled after waiting for 2 hours. No compensation can overcome hunger at that moment of time.
