Book COVID-19 vaccine option is not working

I can’t book COVID-19 vaccine appointment. When I click on “book COVID-19 vaccine “ it shows page with who’s eligible and on ones I press on proceed to book an appointment it gives me an error: your request couldn’t be completed, please try again later” i know that this option works at other phones of other ppl. App is updated and I’ve tried to reinstall it as well, still it’s not working. Could you please help me to sort it out? Thank you

I can’t book COVID-19 vaccine appointment. Promising Idea, But the App Needs Serious Improvement

The concept behind the Dubai Health App is strong and very much aligned with the high digital standards expected in Dubai. Unfortunately, the current execution falls significantly short of those expectations.Previously, accessing the app was quick and convenient through Face ID. This functionality appears to no longer work, forcing users to log in exclusively via UAE PASS. This process is noticeably slower and far less convenient, especially for an application that is supposed to simplify access to healthcare services.The interface itself is also poorly optimized for usability. Finding basic functions requires unnecessary effort, and navigation is not intuitive. Several sections fail to load properly, which further undermines the overall experience.A particularly critical issue is the appointment booking system. When attempting to schedule a visit with a doctor, the app frequently fails to load available physicians and instead displays errors. As a result, it becomes impossible to make an appointment through the application. This raises a fundamental question about the app’s purpose if its core functionality does not work reliably.Given Dubai’s reputation for world-class digital services and infrastructure, the current state of this application is surprisingly underdeveloped. The idea behind the platform is good, but the interface design, stability, and core functionality require significant improvement before it can be considered a reliable healthcare tool.

every time i try to use this app i delete itthis time i wanted to see my covid vaccine certificate but they requested mrn number so to get this number i needed to enter my eida number and otphowever the otp was sent to different number i tried chat to ask for but form give error when selecting covid optioninstead i selected complaint and it worked i entered the issue details and started chat then the guy said welcome and kept waiting for something when i ask him if he can help he again asked what i need but i pointed to the start chat texthe noted that my mobile number with eida is wrong and before i can explain that this is no possible that chat crashed i then called them and after 4 or 5 tries i was able to select an option to talk to someone he then told me that if my eida is not in their system then i don’t have a certificate even if i get this mrnwhen i ask about the otp issue he requested i contact eida i told he i have checked eida website and my number is correct also with uae pass but he insisted i contact them and there is nothing with the app

From the moment I booked appointment online until arriving in the health center for first time registration and first time patient for vaccination, our needs and purpose were met on time with efficiency.
