Dear Hardees IT / app developers, i’ve been struggling and i assume others did tooI enjoy ordering food but the thing is - i had 1 special case where i have needed to add instructions to my order and now since back then i am struggling to remove it, even when i do, hardees still manages to call me and ask about the instructions, please do something about this, either make it a 1 time thing or let there be a section where i can remove it once and for all🙏

As it as to be, I made my order online but self pickup and the money was redacted from the card and order confirmed. For sure I waited for 20 minutes, I followed up for my order for more 20 minutes. I called on the number provided on the app to track my order, which a Lady picked up unfortunately communication was poor. OMG. The only way she promised to help me as to call me back a few minutes, Habib I waited until I had to call them again. 😡😡😡 When they picked up, the gave me an excuse for mechanical error on the app so I so make another order and pay again. My money will be refund in five(5) working days. Almost an hour was wasted like that😡😡😡.
Nice but missing many options from the menu

I like the app interface. It is built very well. But the app is missing many items and options from Hardees menu like for example, you cannot order the large curly loaded fries . You can only order the regular loaded fries. I stopped using the app and I am now just calling the restaurant instead. What a shame

Very disappointed with Hardis. In the app, the menu picture clearly shows a burger with beef patties — that’s exactly what I ordered. But in reality, they bring you a chicken burger instead. To actually get the beef version shown in the picture, you have to scroll down and manually switch the option somewhere hidden in the menu. This is completely illogical and misleading: customers expect to receive what they see on the picture. It feels like a scam. The whole experience left me with very negative emotions and no desire to come back or bring my family here again.
