more I didn’t used to use this app before card linking ability, but since i linked my card i have been earning miles with so many different partners without even realizing. The app might need some work on the visuals but overall it’s way better than the old experience.

The application does not work properly. Most of the times the application does not credit / capture the miles automatically. Several times, when I contacted Emirates, the staff asked me to send the receipts by email for verification which takes 2 weeks or more!! It is totally inconvenient and the meaning of having an application is lost if emails should be sent every time a transaction is made. Staff don’t seem to know the reasons why the system does credit the miles automatically and unfortunately they come up with illogical reasons that don’t make sense. Would be appreciated if the application could be developed thoroughly to match the brand.

Compared ton other apps , this one is primitive already . Where you have to submit a receipt to a chat that’s not always available.You need to let stores scan a barcode or just submit receipts in the app itself. There should be real time update of points.
