I place an order online for my niece as a surprise gift for Christmas but suddenly they mailed me that it was a mistake price and canceled my order and until now no refund or information that it will be processed. They posted a price incorrectly this is false advertisement and cheating. I place an order last middle December but until today no one contacted me for the refund or what so ever.
This is by far the worst service I’ve had in Dubai

Terrible experience. I ordered a console from this app as a gift and waited 10 days with no updates or response. Then, without any explanation, they canceled the order — and it took 30 days just to get my money back. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. I don’t recommend this service at all.
