The CUG minutes and Local minutes have been placed under the same banner

I would have given it five stars but it's a big mess now. I cannot see how many CUG minutes I have and how many local minutes as now all of them are showing under the "local minutes" as one option..
This new update have taken me in Complete darkness regarding the local minutes and the CUG mins usage..
The layout is improved and more fluid but what's the point if you cannot even keep that one simple yet very important option which was already there...
Kudos to the developers.
For me old one was much better and clear.

Control plan 80

Using control plan . To use local / international sms and make international calls we recharge separately through recharge vouchers . Every time I recharge thru the app due to this plan, the money gets held in the account showing negative balance. Which means every month rent for plan money is kept on hold. Is it possible where I want to recharge and give option to decide whether the recharge amount is used / transferred for the control plan or just to hold credit for using to make international calls / sms use.

Secondly I have purchased SIM cards for my family - I keep control and make payments for their SIM cards. Those sims that’s registered in my name, I should be able to add it in my Etisalat app, one mobile with multiple sim , if account holder is same.
My kids use their SIM cards and I am forced to use my credit card details on their phone, which means they if required can use the details. Currently individual phones gets individual access to their SIM cards only. Kindly provide access, if account details matches, we should get access of all those accounts in the same one phone , multiple sim , access. Instead of individual access- wasel accounts
This helps me keep track of their mobile balances, who they speak for longer time, usage of data , monthly phone expenses - support please .

No transparency

No transparency, I would like to show how Etisalat deals with its customers in an unclear way through the sales team, which offers pink offers and free devices while hiding the negatives between the lines. I am a customer with Etisalat from 2007 and now when you decide to travel tell me that the last update was 2018 And I have to pay a fine of more than 2500 dirhams for not passing 24 months, knowing that I no longer work and I want to leave the country, and this was considered a method of rotation to withdraw the customer to accept any update to begin calculating 24 months new and impose arbitrary fines on customers who did not Pay attention to these methods, a forbidden way to earn money and involve the client yen.
لا شفافية ، أود أن أبين كيف اتصالات تتعامل مع عملائها بصورة غير واضحة عن طريق فريق المبيعات الذي يقدم العروض الوردية و الاجهزة المجانية في حين يخفون السلبيات ما بين السطور ، انا عميل مع اتصالات من ٢٠٠٧ و الان عندما قررت السفر اخبروني ان اخر تحديث كان ٢٠١٨ و واجب ادفع غرامة اكثر من ٢٥٠٠ درهم لعدم مرور ٢٤ شهر ،علما اني لم اعد اعمل و اريد ان اغادر الدولة، و اعتبر هذا اسلوب لف و دوران لسحب العميل للقبول باي تحديث لكي يبدؤون بحساب ٢٤ شهر جديدة و يكيلون الغرامات التعسفية على العملاء الذين لم ينتبهو على هذه الاساليب، طريق غير مبرر لكسب المال و توريط المتعاملين
