It’s the worst service I had ever seen
I top up my account with 10,000 aed and done international transfer . Then I tried the same on the next day. Then it’s showing the message that monthly limit exceeded for the transaction. My amount of 5000 aed is blocked in the payit account. The strange thing is customer care doesn’t have any idea of the monthly transaction limit. When I contacted one guy told that there is no monthly limit there is only daily limit that is aed25,000 and the international transfer only will be counted for that which means domestic transfers will not consider. Then again when I contacted another one was telling Payit is facing some software issues , they are trying to resolve . Then again I contacted I got the reply that whatever the transactions which I am doing it will be calculated for the monthly transaction limit of aed 25,000 and they raised the complaint to give back my money and I have to wait for 48 hours which customer care doesn’t have any idea how they will give back money to me . I became crazy and decided to quit the app once I receive back my money. So please double check and proceed. Totally disappointed.

Worse app & customer service ever
I hope there was a -5 star.
I am trying to create my pin to access the app and every time it give me error to try again later, I called the customer service they said you complaint has been registered and you will be contacted. No one contacted me and suddenly the app was working and after a while I tried to access it again with the same pin it didn’t work and I got you have exceeded the number of allowed log in. I called the customer service again and I spoke to a lady who was not trying even to listen to my complaint and was very rude. I called again to complaint about her and someone answered and I told him I want to speak to a manager he transferred my call and the line went mute. I called again and the same person answered he said I will transfer you again and he put me on hold and after few minutes he came back saying that the manager saying send your complaint by email. Seriously this was my worse ever experience with any app or customer service. I am so disappointed that such app and service is provided by a bank like FAB.

more worse than any other customer service
I have a problem in my app since December 3, 2018. Still it’s not resolved. My app shows negative balance since 3rd December 2018. I gave a complaint on 10th December 2018 about this problem. After that so many times I called to customer service. When I call to customer service, the staff says, they sent e-mail to the technical team. Every time this is the same thing. Once I received a mail, stating that your problem has resolved. But nothing happened. I have called them more than ten times. Still it’s pending to resolve. Nobody has any responsibility to solve the problem. The worst customer service I have ever had. Useless team.
