Pathetic Delivery system
I made a mistake which I hope you guys won’t do it. I made an online order and they promise me next day delivery. I waited for the courier guy until 5PM in the office, also I have informed my building security to receive the delivery however, the delivery guy never showed up and I got a message at 9pm saying UNDELIVERED. I have Party tomorrow and I wanted to wear that shoes. The delivery guy never bothered to give me a call so I can direct him to give it to security. I have call 4 times to the customer service where they don’t have any control at all on the delivery and said that if they request a call back from courier, it will be after 24 hours. That’s a serious joke. Honestly this is the worst promised service by Splash.
Writing this review for those who thinks they will order from Splash or Centrepoint and will get the order next day as promised.

Terrible online experience
Splash is usually my favourite brand for shopping. But there online experience is the worst. I have placed a click and collect order and was supposed to get my order picked up on 19th as mentioned in the app. Even after two days after 19th there’s been no response from the splash team and nobody knows where my order is . I have tried contacting the customer care team through chat , mail and phone number, all they tell is to wait for 24hours when ever I contact them . No proper response from customer care team . After placing the order online, nobody cares for the customer. Very poor service. I was promised to get the order collected on 19th as it was mentioned in the app and mail, now even after two days , they tell me to keep waiting, then why was I promised to get the order on 19th??
