The first issue - I ordered food to be picked up curbside. After checking in with my spot number, I waited for approximately 5-7 minutes before the app notified me that my order was ready and would soon be on the way. Fifteen minutes passed but still no sign of my order. I then headed inside to get it myself (figuring they must be really busy). I waited ANOTHER ten minutes at the pickup counter, only to be told that my order was never received. I handed my phone over to the manager to show her my order, which still said that my food was on the way. She continued to insist that my order was never received, and she made no offer to prepare it for me. Although, my lunch hour was nearly over at that point and didn’t have time to wait on it anyway. I checked my back account that afternoon to see if I was charged, and sure enough I had paid for food that I never received.My second issue happened several months later at a different location. When I tried to check in with my spot and to see an associate. So, I got out of my car and walked inside once again. Then, only part of my order was handed to me. The app showed my order as I had ordered it, but the order sent to the restaurant was missing one of my meals. I checked my online account and had only been charged for one meal, despite the order on my app correctly showing I had ordered and paid for two. I didn’t want to wait around and place another order, so I just left with one meal instead of two.To summarize, I’ve been forced to go without lunch on two separate occasions (despite paying for it on one) because this app failed to accurately relay my orders. I haven’t had issues with other food apps (Starbucks, Dunkin, Subway, and so on and so forth), so this is really unacceptable.
