Awesome so far

The few problems I’ve had and ended up needing more assistance than I could offer (lol), I’ve gotten on Apple Support with no problems at all. When initially getting on and choosing an option of how I wanted to contact Apple Support, I choose the one that best suites me; I always click on the option of having a real person call me back. & you know, I always got a call back within just a couple of minutes!! The people that have called and helped me through my issues, whether it be simple or very technical for me, someone from Apple has gotten the job done in assisting me and was always very nice about the whole ordeal as well!! So thank you to the men and women at Apple for all of your help, until my next tech endeavor 🤙🏼

Bad experience

I feel so I offended in many reasons. I message support. Asking for help in this pandemic aperantly it’s hard to get a appointment. I told him my issues. He says it’s best to take into the store. But no appointments. He believe mail in is best choice. But not for me I can’t stay with out a phone and I refuse to pay any 29 dollar fee for just receive another phone for not having apple care and a 1000 dollar hold in my card because I don’t have the money. I tell him my situation and he reply’s with a sorry I hope u get your phone situation fix. Mind u not I told him before I would have to find another way since none of those meets my needs and money situation. Then I go online to find out other reps try asking customers to reset the entire phone and updating phone and some customer stop having same issue I have. Something he didn’t do for me. I am just upset I feel like I waisted my time and stuck. In a situation with out any help. Idk why I choose to have a apple product. This is the first time I have such an issue. And it’s so upsetting I don’t even want the phone anymore but I have to keep paying it so I am stuck with the phone.

On phone Support

I have a lot of problems and Frank Worjlon help me out with some of them he was very patient and very professional and take his job very serious he went above and beyond to help me out I really appreciate him kindness because most of the time when a customer don’t understand the iPhone I have had in the pass problems because I didn’t understand everything the way Frank explained different functional situations withe the iPhone really help me to be able to know when my phone is or is not functioning properly I learned a lot just from taking to him and followed the task he had me to do so he went as far as he could with me thanks again Frank Worjlon
