I have had to use the message conversation chat several times due to some issues that I was just helping myself in regards to the most fraudulent era in our times. Out of 5 different issues and 5, I believe associates, my experience was absolutely OPTIMUM! They were respectful and so very down to earth in making me and my issue at hand not feel inadequate, irrelevant, or dismissed. Everyone of my my experiences was handle with great awareness to my concerns. I did not go through this app but online through my private and secure browser. But I have downloaded app and well, my single experience was okay. I want to go in saying, that two of the associates were so “Outside the box thinkers”, as well Gave the whole experience a great personal comfort and resolution. No bot as I asked every time. I wrote the names down but forgot where I wrote them. The 2 very special associates were the last two contacts. Apple,I know you keep track of all support calls or messaging. These two deserve more than an “ATTA-BOY(GIRL). Thanks Guys and again, Merry Christmas! A breath of fresh air.

Support that is above and beyond expectations

I had recently purchased an iPhone using Apple Card monthly installments, and I had waited approximately 10 days for shipment. My new phone was not making progress with shipment and the only update that was received was that the label had been created, but the courier was still waiting for the package. I knew I needed to request a refund but with my fairly busy work schedule, I didn’t have much time (or patience) to explain the the situation over the phone, and I generally find that explaining my issue in writing is more effective. I was able to engage in a chat support using iMessage, and I was relieved with how quickly the support staff was able to investigate the issue and issue a refund! I was able to resolve my issue in such a short amount of time, during the day, without cutting into my work! Thank you for helping me breathe a sigh of relief, Apple. 😄

Apparently Apple doesn’t want feedback on IOS 17.3 because I can NOT find a way to give them feedback so here it is and it is eye opening!!!!
If you own an iPhone the last update IOS 17.3 turned on Lock Screen controls to allow everything to be ON. I never use this option and noticed random photos popping up on locked screen and called Apple and they showed me how to turn off the Today View screen, but I noticed EVERYTHING was turned on including replying to messages when locked. So my hubby could nefariously reply to my messages wo my permission (He never would, but still…) It also allowed phone calls which is CrAzY! It also allows access to your Apple Wallet when your iPhone is “locked”!!!! That’s another reason not to load credit cards on Apple devices. UNREAL! Everything was turned ON and not by me!
