Version 3 is terrible

Not only does version 3 use way too much screen space for each prescription, now it also FORCES you to use location services just to select your pharmacy. To make matters worse, you are required to search for your pharmacy every time you want a refill. What is so hard about selecting a default pharmacy and keeping it selected? Also, this app creates extra lists of prescriptions where as the previous app did not. By extra lists I mean that after selecting a prescription for refill, it goes onto a new list that has to be reviewed twice before submitting. Scrolling through two lists on the same page is ridiculous. I’ve written 6 iPhone apps and I can tell you this one is poorly planned and poorly executed. I can’t stand CVS but even their app is better than this. This is garbage. I want version 2 back. More issues: When refilling an RX if you have more than one person registered the app will show a refil list for all users mixed. So you have to sort through a list that’s needlessly complicated because it doesn’t present one person at a time. Also, after confirming the refills the screen goes blank This app is truly terrible.

As well once you’ve submitted refills you can’t see an “in progress “ list. You instead must scroll through each users list and look for the “in progress “ indicator. Dumb.

Hello. We do require location services to be enabled to find your closest locations. Please know you can choose to disable this and search instead. Please know your feedback regarding this and all other things has been properly shared with our developers. We greatly appreciate you reaching out to us. -Lilly

A very good pharmacy app but delivery gone bad to worse

I love Publix pharmacy over all others I have tried, and so does my physicians BUT……..App is good for ordering refills requesting new prescriptions and paying, even with easy options for delivery BUT…. getting the medications paid for delivered through IC vs previous shipping service has become a nightmare, especially with latest updates and adding groceries, and requires hours trying to get frequent problems resolved, being transferred back and forth from local pharmacy to Publix technology department to IC Delivery service departments with much confusion on all parties! In addition IC delivery carriers were not trained consistently on how to handle prescription orders, with much more confusion, cancelled deliveries, and having to reprocess refill orders not being delivered timely as needed medically., especially before a weekend or holiday season. If help is needed, getting support takes hours just to get a live person who understands the problem and can fix. Please I beg you, go back to using another delivery service for which I am happy to pay extra for, saving me much deadly stress (for my health issues) and saves hours and days of delay in getting needed medications, suffering serious consequences when delivery is delayed. Other resolution: DO NOT EVER ORDER GROCERIES WITH YOUR PRESCRIPTION DELIVERY! PAY THE EXTRA $10.

App a dud, pharmacy rocks

I love Publix Pharmacy. At most stores, their staff is helpful and knowledgeable. It’s a luxury that I get to use them because I’m on full disability… However, the app that I have attempted to switch to, and reduce phone calls is bunk. it doesn’t allow me enough space to hit the next button, because the dashboard at the bottom is in the way, so if you try to request a refill or for them to send a request to your doctor, you can’t hit the next button on the page asking you when you want your prescription to be ready for pick up. You cannot drop down Or swipe up. That’s only one glitch… I have an iPhone. I’m not using generic bobo device. And there is a multiple issues as well. I don’t feel like typing out. No update available apparently. I guess I’ll just have to keep calling the very busy pharmacy techs. Wait for the day, one of them goes postal, and everybody can start calling it pharmaceutical instead…
