This app makes paying loans down very easy! The only change would be showing the balance of the loan alongside the recent payments in the “recent payments” section. I think it would give better perspective for the borrowers when making payments.

This company is the worst about hounding you about your money. I've never missed a payment and I've always pay the amount over whatever is due by at least 50 dollars. I had a customer service representative yesterday call me and why I can't pay my bill. Mind you the bill is due the 13th every month. I said I'm currently working I'll do it when I'm done. If you don't make your payment apparently by a certain time in there system they call hounding you for money. I could understand if I always am late or I'm behind on my bill. I highly recommend a different company and will no longer apply for another loan with them when I'm done.
Very difficult to navigate

Not intuitive and difficult to navigate. I am using this app for about 6 months and still don’t understand whats my payment term, how much am i supposed to pay next month how it’s going to change in future months. How much of principal i have already paid. I see no calendar, no graphs, no charts. Menu items are too big and the screen is filled up with just few words but functional or graphical stuff. Add graphs, more visualization more functionality.Overall, they could have done a much better job

I think that this app is not explained well, it is simple to use yet every time I try and click on anything it just continuously tells me I already have an account. Mind you, I know that and km already logged in so im lost as to why they continue to ask and then tell me no. Also the chat bot is so bad, none of the questions I had were answered and overall just too clearly a robot it did not help in the slightest.
This version contains bug fixes, stability, and performance improvements.
