Convenient with great content

The app is easy to setup and use and I enjoy reading the content in the Learn tab. It’s motivating and I always feel better afterwards.

Very difficult to navigate

Not intuitive and difficult to navigate. I am using this app for about 6 months and still don’t understand whats my payment term, how much am i supposed to pay next month how it’s going to change in future months. How much of principal i have already paid. I see no calendar, no graphs, no charts. Menu items are too big and the screen is filled up with just few words but functional or graphical stuff.

Add graphs, more visualization more functionality.

Overall, they could have done a much better job

One time payment input broken.

App overall doesn’t feel super intuitive. Especially when making a 1-time payment. In order to do so you have to first delete all of the 0.00 and then input your actual amount. This caused me to not make a payment I had hoped to make since I needed to go on my desktop to make it. Huge mistake to from the front end dev.
