Has been a very good app. Latest update, though, introduced a bug. Now, using the pen feature for marking up documents doesn’t work - marks are invisible till you exit markup (which means you can’t see what you’re doing), and even then some of them don’t show. PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP!

Have been using for almost 10 years and while your passcode setting is cumbersome (frequent changes, burdensome naming rules) in the past your support was A+ in handling changes. Called and someone answered immediately and fixed the issue. Today the system would not let me change the passcode, tried 5 times and times out before I can change it. When calling support I was put on hold for too long and had to call back later to hold again. Process in past took 3 mins and today spent over an hour on this.
Missing basic functionality

The software does not allow URLs to be created for board books, individual pages or other content. This is critical functionality that has been in competitive offerings since day one. This is a showstopper. Do not buy until they fix it.In addition, if your company enables MFA, then users cannot switch between board books without logging out and logging in again. Since Diligent does not play nicely with my password manager, this is a real pain.

The board's application makes it really easy to keep track of my meetings on the go. I love the UI and feedback. It's really improved in the last year.
This release includes the following updates:
