Found my lost package- Very grateful
I called Fed-Ex customer service immediately after I received an email stating my package was delivered but was nowhere to be found and I checked the premises including the front house porch where the tenant stood there watching me look for my package but no package found . Fed-Ex was able to get a hold of the drivers supervisor and then he located the driver and the driver confirmed that he left it on the front house porch who has a Ring Security System . I was called back by the Office Supervisor and she stood on the way home with me while I walked back to the front house and mysteriously package was there but the tenant wasn’t and her front door was closed !! Guess this was one package that couldn’t be mysteriously taken . I’m so glad that Fed-Ex responded so quickly and efficiently that my package was able to be found!!!! Thank you Fed-Ex now I can enjoy my boots !!!!
Seems like an account is required to track shipments
Update: after creating an account which I don’t recall being a requirement, it now retains and saves tracking numbers. And after looking over the description in the App Store, it seems misleading to me. The way I understand it is if you want to create shipping labels or want special deals then you’ll need to create a profile but if you just want to track shipments and get notifications then you don’t need an account. Wrong. Evidently you need to create an account to do anything in the description therefore I find it misleading, make it clear fedex!
I don’t know why but on my end when I search for my shipment and tap the star to add it to the watch list but as soon as I leave that screen it shows up no where else. I can re search the tracking number and sure enough it never saved or retained what I did, nor am I getting notifications because of it. But it sure can retain old tracking numbers and shipments. I don’t know if it’s just me or what but I highly doubt it. It’s a useless app at this point with this issue. I can’t even say when this became an issue as most of my packages come through usps and some ups, not my choice either.

Login after login after login
The app used to keep me logged so I could quickly check the status of items I’m tracking. Now EVERY TIME I launch it, I have to login. After providing login info I get a screen asking if I’d like to enable Touch ID, I’ve selected to enable it multiple times, yet every time after I login (without the option to use Touch ID despite the fact that I had previously selected to enable it), I get asked again. After realizing it didn’t matter if I chose to enable it, I selected to option to not show that screen again and not enable Touch ID in hopes of streamlining the new need to log in every launch, and yet the screen still pops back up EVERY TIME! Either retain my log in for 30 days so I don’t have to log in every time I launch the app or actually honor Touch ID preferences previously selected.
Also, why are shipments I deleted months ago randomly showing up in my list? I’m glad you still remember a package I was tracking previously was delivered back in December, but maybe you could focus on remembering my log in info/preferences instead. As for now, I’m just using the website because this app is frustrating.
